Kuatkan data dan amankan aset Muhammadiyah, PDM Pulang Pisau gelar pelatìhan SIMAM
PULANG PISAU, PULANGPISAUMU.COM
Salah satu kebijakan Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah yang sedang digalakkan adalah pengelolaan aset Muhammadiyah yaitu mendata, memasukkan dan mengamankan semua aset ke dalam program aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Muhammadiyah (SIMAM).
Untuk memperkuat keberadaan data aset Muhammadiyah, Majelis Wakaf dan Kehartabendaan Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Pulang Pisau menggelar pelatihan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Muhammadiyah (SIMAM) yang diikuti oleh seluruh Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM), Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah (PCA) dan Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) bertempat di Pusat Dakwah Muhammadiyah Pulang Pisau , lantai 1 Masjid KH Ahmad Dahlan.(6/1/2023).
Pelatihan SIMAM dihadiri oleh Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah yang membidangi Majelis Wakaf dan Kehartabendaan, sekaligus sebagai narasumber.
Sebanyak 18 peserta hadir mengikuti pelatihan, yang terdiri dari 4 PCM/PCA Kahayan Hilir, Pandih batu, Maliku, Kahayan Kuala, 4 AUM dari SMK Muhammadiyah Bahaur, TK Aisyiyah Pandih Batu, Maliku, dan Kahayan Hilir , serta Kampus III Pulang Pisau Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya.
Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Pulang Pisau , Rudi Purwadi mengatakan Muhammadiyah sebagai organisasi yang besar yang tertib dan modern, sudah saatnya memiliki pencatatan yang berbasis online, sehingga publik juga dapat melihat informasi update data aset yang dimiliki Muhammadiyah.
“Kami sadari permasalahan asset ini pasti ada dan berbeda beda tiap cabang atau daerah, tetapi aplikasi SIMAM ini bisa menjadi solusi untuk menginventarisir keberadaan aset yang tersebar dimana-mana, apalagi asset akan semakin bertambah, jadi diperlukan pencatatan yang update, yaitu lewat aplikasi online, bukan cuma dicatat dalam pertanggungjawaban tertulis saja tiap periode, data itu harus ada rekapitulasinya dan nyambung” kata Rudi.
Rudi berharap dengan adanya aplikasi ini, setiap kali ada estafet kepemimpinan di Muhammadiyah Pulang Pisau, data-data aset tidak hilang, tetap tercatat atau bahkan bertambah.
“Saat ini ada juga beberapa PCM yang belum memiliki asset, tidak apa-apa, moga pelatihan bisa menambah wawasan bagaimana langkah-langkah kedepan melakukan pendataan dan pencatatan jika sudah mempunyai aset, juga dalam perkembangannya terkait permasalahan aset yang ada di beberapa PCM , insyaAllah PDM akan support untuk penyelesaian secara bertahap sesuai prioritas yang bisa dilaksanakan dalam waktu dekat” tambah Rudi.
Sementara itu wakil ketua PDM yang membidangi Wakaf dan Kehartabendaan, Bonni Febrian menyampaikan bahwa adanya kegiatan ini sekaligus sebagai syiar dakwah Muhammadiyah jelang Muswil ke-IX Muhammadiyah ‘Aisyiyah Kalteng yang akan dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Katingan, 11-12 Februari mendatang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan inventarisasi aset adalah amanah utama di persyarikatan, salah satunya dengan melaksanakan pelatihan SIMAM di PDM Pulang Pisau.
Ia mengatakan sasaran yang ingin dicapai dari pelatihan ini adalah menginventarisasi dan memetakan kondisi aset aset Muhammadiyah yang berada di cabang masing-masing, untuk selanjutnya dapat di proses sertifikasi atas nama Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah.
“Jadi tugas kita hanya menginput aset yang telah ada Dokumennya saja seperti Sertifikat hak milik, Surat Tanah, Hibah, Wakaf, dan lainnya, sedang untuk pengelolaan aset diserahkan kepada pengelola yang ditunjuk seperti PCM atau AUM, dan yang harus diingat sesuai instruksi PP Muhammadiyah, bahwa semua aset yang dimiliki Muhammadiyah dimanapun, baik berupa wakaf ataupun harta benda lainnya adalah milik Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah yang berkedudukan di Yogyakarta dan Jakarta, jadi tidak bisa atas nama pribadi atau nama yang lain

Pelatihan SIMAM diisi oleh Narasumber dari PWM Kalteng Evan Bastian yang menjelaskan secara detil penginputan aplikasi SIMAM yang terdiri dari Asset Tanah, Bangunan, Kendaraan dan barang lainnya kepada para peserta pelatihan.
Evan menyampaikan pesan dari PWM Kalteng, bahwa inventarisasi aset ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk terus diselesaikan, apalagi penginputan telah didukung dengan sarana aplikasi sehingga lebih memudahkan bagi penggunanya.
“Semoga apa yang telah kita lakukan pada hari ini memberikan manfaat bagi kita dan persyarikatan” ujarnya
Kegiatan Pelatihan ditutup setelah shalat ashar, dan agar dapat memonitor perkembangan proses inventarisasi aset , telah dibuatkan grup Whatsapp khusus bagi operator SIMAM sebagai sarana koordinasi terkait teknis pengisian data aset. (Bon)
